Most contractors keep pricing vague until you are committed. We publish our indicative London rates across every category so you know the shape of the cost before the engineer is on the way. Every job is still confirmed with a written quotation before work proceeds.

Rates are per hour, excluding VAT and parts, with a one-hour minimum charge followed by billing in 15-minute increments. An “—” means that time band is not offered for that category. Bank holiday, Christmas and New Year pricing may vary. Every rate is confirmed in writing before work begins. Gas Safety Certificates, boiler services, EICR, EPC and drone roof inspections are fixed-price add-on services.

A subscription is a structured operations, reporting and oversight service, not unlimited repairs. Materials, specialist work, major repairs, emergency attendance and tenant damage are quoted separately unless a package states otherwise.
