About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Trainee Property Operators. This role is suitable for someone who is eager to learn, willing to work hard and wants to build a career in property maintenance and estate care.

All trainee operators follow our in-house Quick Enhancement Programme, designed to help trainees quickly build confidence, learn company standards and develop the correct mindset for property maintenance work.

Training will cover

• -Site conduct and professionalism.

• -Tools and materials understanding.
• -Health and safety awareness.
• -Photo evidence and job reporting.
• -Tenant and landlord communication.
• -Property inspection awareness.
• -Company procedures and quality standards.
