About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Operator to join our field team. The successful candidate must be confident across general maintenance, property repairs, inspections, problem-solving and customer care.

Key responsibilities

• -Carry out general property maintenance, repairs and minor works.
• -Attend properties for inspections, planned works and reactive maintenance.
• -Identify leaks, damp, mould, damaged fittings, safety concerns and general property defects.
• -Take clear photographs before, during and after works.
• -Provide accurate job notes, findings and recommendations.
• -Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, office staff and managers.
• -Complete works to a clean, safe and professional standard.
• -Support emergency maintenance where required.

• -Reliability, punctuality and good organisation.
• -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• -Good attention to detail and clear reporting standards.
• -Full UK driving licence preferred.
